For the first time, the class has a Guest Lecturer!  Sensei and the Study Group are joined by the Otaku and generally dope person, Niza-san!  During her visit, the Group discusses characters in animation, comics, and manga that have had an impact on their lives.  Whether they were motivated by them, they were someone to be emulated or just a character they found to be overtly cool, etc.  With Niza-san as our guest, a self-described Feminist,  the Group first chooses to focus on Female Characters for the lecture.  

Which characters will the teachers choose and why?  What insight can Niza-san bring into this den of Black Male Teachers?
