  • #11 First Thought #MorningReads
    First Thought: Sitting idle with my dreams
    When I was feeling blue.
    Playing with my thoughts, I unknowingly started thinking of you.
    From when I how it started
    I do not have a clue.
    It all happened so quietly
    And you became a part of
    my every view.
    Be with me in my mind and soul
    Be with me whatever I do
    I know you are always there
    But still
    I MISS YOU.

  • #10 Know Yourself #DearMe
    Know yourself, Don't aim to be understood by others before you understand yourself. People may never understand your intentions. You know them. They may never understand why you do what you do or say what you say. You know the reasons. They may never understand why you treat them the way that you do, or why you treat others the way that you do. You know why. They may never understand the words that you say or the language your eyes speak. You understand these languages because you create them. They may never understand the strength it takes to be the way that you are. You know your weaknesses and your struggles, and you are the one who works to overcome them, so your strength means more to you than it could ever mean to anyone else. It really isn't about what they understand by just looking at you. Is about what they want to understand, and if they really want to, they won't assume. They will ask.

  • #09 #Letgo #DearMe
    Let Go They say that, at some point, you just learn to let go. I must disagree.
    If it just takes one moment to let go, then you never really held on tightly enough. To a dream. To a goal. To a place. To a person. To anything. I believe that you let go little by little. You let go a lite, then hold back on, but with a little less force until you fully release yourself. And the tighter you hold on, the more force you let go with. The deeper you dive, the higher you'll fly. The closer you get, the further you'll pull away. The weaker you feel, the stronger you'll become. So do not be ashamed of your weaknesses. We all have them.
    You must learn to be kind to yourself. You must learn to understand yourself. You must believe in yourself. Never think that you are a bad person. Differentiate between your self-worth and your actions. To say that you are bad is different than saying that you made a mistake.
    You can't fix yourself, but you can fix a mistake. And remember, not one person on this earth is perfect. We all make mistakes. We all fall.
    We all have flaws. We just need to look within ourselves and treat ourselves as humans who are worthy of respect and hope. Do not give up on yourself. Get back up. Be brave. Be happy.

  • #08 #Questions #DearMe
    Questions
    I have so many questions
    That I ask througut the day
    All the whys and what ifs
    All the things I need to say
    Why did this happen to
    me?
    What could I have done?
    What it I had been different?
    Why was I the one?
    Questions that seem unending
    Can plague the heart and mind
    Desperately seeking answers
    Where there are none to find.
    There ase so many questions
    That can only be answered by you the hadest question of all How will I get though?

  • #06 Check yourself #MindJournal
    Sometimes you are the toxic person.
    Sometimes you are the mean, negative person you're looking to push away. Sometimes the problem is you.
    And that doesn't make you less worthy.
    Keep on growing. Keep on checking yourself. Keep on motivating yourself.
    Mistakes are opportunities. Look at them, own them, grow from them and move on. Do better, be better.
    You're human. It's okay.

  • #05 That is what remains #Anonymous
    It took me a long time to realize that not everything in life is meant to be a beautiful story. Not every person we feel something deep and moving with is meant to make a home within us, is meant to be a forever.
    Sometimes, people come into our lives to teach us how to love; and sometimes, people come into our lives to teach us how not to love. How not to settle, how not to shrink ourselves ever again. Yes, sometimes people leave--but that's okay, because their lessons always stay, and that is what matters. That is what remains.

  • #04 YOU ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE #Anonymus
    The world is filled with people who, no matter what you do, will point blank not Eke you. But it is also filled with those who will love you fercely. They are your people. You are not for everyone and that's ox.
    Talk to the people who can hear you.
    Don't waste your precious time and gifts trying to convince them of your value, they won't ever want what you're selling. Don't convince them to walk alongside you. You'll be wasting both your time and theirs and will likely infict unnecessary wounds, which will take precious time to heal You are not for them and they are not for you; politely wave them or, and continue along your way. Sharing your path with someone is a sacred gift; don't cheapen this gift by rolling yours in the wrong direction.
    Keep facing your true north.

  • #03 Give Yourself 6 Months #Anonymous
    Take care of your body, mind, and soul. Give yourself 6 months to get into the habit of practicing in radical self-care and self-love. Delete the app, block the number, wake up earlier, get dressed up even though you're not going anywhere, eat healthier, journal, have spa days, and exercise! This is your only life, do what you can to love and enjoy every aspect of it. No more waiting. Be the person you've always wanted to be. This is will not be like other times, this time you will change, you will stick to habits, and you will see results. I believe in you

  • #02 Don’t Quit by -JOHN GREENLEAF WHITTIER
    When things go wrong, as they sometimes will, When the road you're trudging seems all uphill;
    When the funds are low and the debts are high;
    And you want to smile but you have to sigh.
    When all is pressing you down a bit-Rest if you must, but don't you quit Success is failure turned inside out;
    The silver tint on the clouds of doubt;
    And you can never tell how close you are;
    It may be near when it seems far.
    So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit - It's when things go wrong that you must not quit."
