Mid Week Minute!
It might not be the middle of your week, but it's the middle of ours - and just a couple more days away from a new full episode! Enjoy this brief moment in time to reflect on some of the other things going on during this episode that we didn't have time to touch on but felt the research was worthy of a listen!

Between the years 1902 and 1906 in the city of LaPorte, Indiana a series of events would unfold that would end with the shocking discovery of between 24 and 40 dismembered and badly mutilated bodies buried on a local farm, owned by a rather large in stature and unsavory individual by the name of Belle Gunness, also known to her neighbors and victims' family members as "Hells Princess, Lady Bluebeard and The Butcher of Men". The strange series of events did not begin with the bizarre, violent death of local farmer and Norwegian immigrant Peter Gunness, however this is where the unfortunate disappearances and mysterious fatal accidents that surrounded Belle Would begin to really ramp up… The murder of Peter would initially be ruled as an accident, but over the course of the next few years he would later be viewed as but one of the first known victims in a long line of murdered lovers, husbands, farmhands, and even children.
