As winter closes in, seasonal depression and anxiety are ramping up, and many of us turn to urban exploration and photography to keep the worst of it at bay through the darkest time of the year. Depression is far more common than anyone might realize, and many of us deal with it on a daily basis. This episode, I relay my own personal situation and explain how this hobby has kept me going through some rough patches. Not a long episode, but poignant and relevant to many of us out there.
