This volume of Big Man Ting goes out to all the #wmnrun100 ladies taking on the challenge of Race To The Stones this weekend.

Lift up your #gunfingers and big up your chests as you embark on this epic challenge you are all taking on.

A nice long mix for you to listen to as you lay to waste those km away. Starting with some garage and finishing with some grime to get you moving and hyped at those times when you need that extra boost on the roads.

Live recording from #dayslikethisbrunch last sunday. Played the best in #garage, #jungle and #grime.
