Big Man Ting Vol 3 has landed.

This week talking it down a notch and giving you something to listen to whilst doing a more relaxed workout. Not everyday in the gym pumping weight or moving the earth with our feet.

With tracks from @dusky @guti you will be in the mode to channel your inner yogi and get that body stretching.

I proudly present to you the next volume in my fitness and workout series Big Man Ting Vol 2

This week I'm bringing what I think will be some of this summers house bangers mixed in with some older stuff. With tracks from @lokate, @x5dubs and @steve-lawler you will be getting an extra cardio workout from the dancing and shuffling you will be doing whilst listening to this.

Welcome to the first of the new fitness and workout series Big Man Ting.

Bringing you music from different genres to get you moving and grooving whilst pushing those weights, moving the earth with your feet or simply stretching like a yogi.

Volume 1 of the series is a Grime mix as my tune of the moment is 'Man Don't Care' by JME ft Giggs. This tune is a pure vibe maker and thats just how i feel when I'm in the gym man don't care going to get to my goals no matter what.
