Discipline is an important aspect of life and it is also, needed in terms of finances. Finances is something that is huge and this can sometimes cause issues within family, marriage and friends.

It is important to be financially disciplined. Being financially disciplined doesn't just happen in an instant, it takes many years of practice and it has to become part of your lifestyle.

When you become financially disciplined, it can lead to financial freedom. Everyone wants to attain financial freedom but people are not ready for the cost that it involves.

Discipline is something that is very important. I knew I lived a disciplined lifestyle, but it dawned on me when someone pointed out to me that I am very disciplined. That was when I began to look deeper into.

I am more focused on sexual discipline as a lot of the time, we often put ourself in positions which leads us to using our private parts instead of using our brainto think. As a result of this, it leads us to getting ourselves in situations thatcauses problems for us in the future.

If you can have discipline, especially sexual discipline, you’ll be unstoppable.

Learning to spend time alone is very vital. A lot of people don't like spending time alone. They feel like they have to jump from situations to situations and this ultimately leads to many issues later on.

In spending time alone, this also comes with patience. A lot of people lack this patience as they are scared of being alone. It is necessary you learn to enjoy your own company and spend time alone as this can lead to deep reflection.

This is another fantastic audio but this one relates directly to me. My body language and the way I word things is something I need to work on. This is through reflection and through observations of close friends around me.

I often come direct with the way I talk and I hardly filter what I say. But overtime, I have learnt that I need to be careful in the way I word things as this can cause problems for other other people.

At times, it feels like I am being very negative and not optimistic about the situation. However, I try to look at the reality of the situation and this can be deem as though I am not emotional at all.

Over time, I do feel like I need to be more positive as being negative can lead to stress and anxiety.
