The question of whether to chase a relationship or your goals is an easy but yet difficult question. On one hand, you want to chase your goals but on the other hand, you don't want to just ignore having a relationship.

If you have to choose one to really focus on, it should be on your goals but there's a need to also leave a certain percentage for a relationship. This should be the 70/30 percent rule. 70% for your goals and 30% for your relationship.

By focusing more on your goals, this should allow you to attract people that will complement your purpose.

Being picky about who you choose as your partner, marriage or being in a relationship with is not about being selfish but it is for self love. When it comes to these things, there's a need not to think emotionally but logically focusing on the pros and cons.

A lot of us just jump into a relationship because of "love" but relationship or marriage has to be deeper than that. It is for a lifetime and it will test you beyond love.

The person you are with has to bring you peace of mind, otherwise, you'll live in misery. It's better to be alone than to be with the wrong partner.

There are many compatibilities many people look for in a partner but often, some people miss the religious compatibility.

Religion is a big thing and depending how serious you take whatever religion you practice, this will affect your decision making. If you follow a particular religion but you don't practice often, then you'll be able to overlook many religious aspect.

As for me, I was in that boat before but now, religious compatibility is a key aspect for me. The type of family I want to build, I want us to be able to follow one religion as it gives us one voice. Moreover, a family that lacks union and one voice will not go in the right direction.

Additionally, people would bring the argument a relationship or marriage of different faiths can work as the children can decide which religion to choose when they grow older. I tend to disagree with this as it is whatever children grow up with from young that they are most likely going to follow or continue following.

Everyone is allowed to choose what is important to them when choosing a partner but it is important to consider religious compatibility when choosing a partner. This will limit conflict in the future and it will mean you and your partner align religiously.

Discipline is something that is very important. I knew I lived a disciplined lifestyle, but it dawned on me when someone pointed out to me that I am very disciplined. That was when I began to look deeper into.

I am more focused on sexual discipline as a lot of the time, we often put ourself in positions which leads us to using our private parts instead of using our brainto think. As a result of this, it leads us to getting ourselves in situations thatcauses problems for us in the future.

If you can have discipline, especially sexual discipline, you’ll be unstoppable.
