Today I just wanted to give a shoutout to all the mother’s and remind you that your mental health matters also. Being a mother is a hard job that doesn’t come with sick days, vacation days or a paycheck every two weeks. What you do for the children around you matters, so being able to take care of yourself also matters.

Today I just needed a Mother’s Day message to encourage myself, because this role gets rough and there are days that I can barely see straight. I wanted this message to be uplifting and focused on you/US!!!!!! I hope that it was encouraging to you as much as it was to myself. We have the power to create change. You are amazing and we appreciate you. Happy Mother’s Day!
