Hey guys! 

The idea of creating a podcast is something that has been lingering in my brain for such a long time - the last few weeks it's been a daily occurrence that I felt this urge in my body to just do it and I believe that is the universe nudging me so here we are :-) 

This episode is a super quick introduction to me and the pod, however I will be aiming for weekly uploads now I understand how the technology all works.
