I chat a bit about my own routine and what I’m reading and try to accomplish each day (of course I didn’t mention cleaning etc) and end with a Canadian Poets poem for Canada Day that asks pointed questions about our art form. Enjoy!

First I somewhat rectify the fact that I didn’t include Greg Betts’ and George Murray’s bios in their Entrances and then I read Jenna Butler’s, intro her connection to me and then she talks identities, voicings, the land, healing and reads an amazing poem called Robbing Day. Enjoy!

I finish reciting the poem mostly well with some minor mispronunciations. It’s harder than you think. So resonant and entangled. Enjoy!
