Our final episode of the Men on the Move series was nothing short of phenomenal! We were honored to have the inspiring Karega Bailey join us and share his incredible journey.

Karega is more than just an artist with @soldevelopment and the author of @solaffirmations; he is a devoted father and husband, deeply committed to healing the Black community, particularly focusing on Black men's mental health.

From his roots in a Jamaican immigrant family in South Sacramento to his time at Hampton University, Karega’s story is one of resilience and triumph. He opened up about heartbreaking losses, his path to becoming an Emmy Award-winning artist, and his powerful work with the Men's Wellness Fellowship, which he co-founded.

His book, SOL Affirmations for Fathers, is available now! This book is for fathers and father-figures alike, to uplift and inspire, embodying his belief that "wellness is the new genre." Karega exudes love, light, and liberation in everything he does, and his presence on Full Circle was truly transformative.

Conrad’s journey is nothing short of inspiring—he's a proud UC Berkeley alum, holding a bachelor’s degree and going on to earn a master’s degree in public policy from USC. But his story doesn’t stop there; he’s transitioned into acting and honed his craft at the prestigious American Conservatory Theater.

During our conversation, Conrad shared his unwavering love for the Black community, highlighting the importance of giving back and uplifting those around us. He also spoke with pride about his most cherished role—being a father to two beautiful daughters.
