Recorded at last week’s MSP Expo, this was a podcast with an attendee, who travelled to the conference to learn more for his MSP, EB Solution. Johnny Bogard, as IT Solutions Manager for an active MSP, discusses the needs of his company. In this podcast, recorded on day two of the MSP Expo, Bogard urges TR publisher and panel moderator, Doug Green, to encourage vendors and presenters to connect the sales dots more directly. Bogard was nearby when Green recorded some other show podcasts and decided he wanted his voice to be heard, and Green thought that was a good idea.
While appreciating the information and learning offered, we hear a 2024 idea: Bogard tells us that he needs to hear more ways to sell to his customers, the money products he sees on display and the services he hears about in the panels and presentations. Bogard looks forward to the 2024 MSP Expo event.
