@CrankTherapy Ben love bikes! So much so he hates to see them go to waste when they are past their prime. So he takes recycled parts and creates beautiful and useful things from them. Such as clocks, signs and yoga mat straps. He even makes wallets out of inner tubes by sewing them with a sewing machine/bike thingy?! WHAT?! I love people who don't like to just toss things away so I'm super stoked to chat with this guy!

I had the great honor of meeting Alexis @alexiscolin115 in California at at @SkyparkSantasVillage this summer through a mutual friend Mia who runs the @womensmtbnetwork . What a personality! Not only can this girl shred on a mountain bike but I soon realized she has one of the funniest Instagram's out there. If you don't know her yet you're missing out!

Steve is the @SpokesmanMTB ! He has been riding bikes for over 40 years and he hasn't left the saddle since! He loves biking and bikes. His Youtube page is testament to that. It has a EVERYTHING! And to top it off, in my opinion, he's got an amazing voice. It's like soft butter on a warm piece of banana bread. Ok, I may have gone too far on that. But if you don't believe me go check him out. Say hey to Brian and Erin. Brian aka. @brian_on_a_bike is no stranger to mountain biking. He has been riding for some time now and shreds! So his wife was interested in what all the fuss was about. Brian, who has been wanting her to ride, did what any loving husband would do, he bought her a brand new Fezzari! Not bad! Jared's tag line is "The ride is the cure!" No truer words have been spoken! Jared has an incredible Youtube page @CureCycling that shows off his passion for the sport of mountain biking. Meet Melissa and Rosie. The MTB CHICKS. They are a couple of South Florida female mountain bikers that loved the sport so much they started MTB CHICKS. A women's mountain bike club that organizes group rides and skills clinics to help grow the sport for all women. They created the club to inspire and and teach others. I think what they are doing is important and most of all fun.

Collin and Andy have been (biking) friends for awhile now and have taken there love of bikes and have created a shared youtube page called @acebikemedia . There page has a little bit of everything! From rides to bike reviews to bike comparisons to van builds...again, something for everyone. Including one of my favorites, a series called, Cyclepaths! These pieces are a docu-style ride through trails and towns with a history lesson to boot. You're gonna love their Youtubes!

"Bobo" is a serious mountain biker and yet his Youtube page is anything but! We know Bobo for his wild sense of humor. His MTB comedy is in a league of its own! With wild costume changes, well written scripts, and extremely talented camera work and editing, Bobo has been able to carve a hysterical niche that could be said is second to known. Seth claims to just be an "Extraordinarily average rider", but he is anything but! He is a shredder in Socal but what he does exceptionally well is make people laugh! His Instagram is full of funny reels that are giggle inducing! His videos are well written, produced and thought out. This is why I needed him on my show. I wanted to meet the man behind the full face helmet and Llama hoodie!
