GP COLUMBUS

Brian begins the cast in German as a nod to our friend @vikingmtg, then we discuss Pokemon. Returning to modern we cover Eternal, Zeki’s experience at GP New Jersey, Artists, Theros related flavor, and end by discussing our potential Wizards dream job and conclude that while Brian has many dream jobs, but might be a nightmare for the Wizards HR department.

It's been a while since we last cast! We talk about the SCG Columbus Invitational, what new modern is starting to shape up to look like, as well as the last two Modern GP's: Charlotte and LA.

We also discuss Comic Town's Legacy Expo 1K, and getting ready for GP Columbus! Eternal Weekend also got announced for October, also in Columbus!

Finally, we give a short introduction to Miracles as a legacy archetype, and go over Eternal Masters spoilers and things that could still be spoiled!

Now that Cluze has resurfaced (literally) he's back with us to discuss the Modern Weekend! Two tournaments on opposite sides of the USA, each with mirroring ups (these kids today!) and downs (crime!). But GP Charlotte won the Dumpster Fire award with its unprecedented technical difficulty delay. To explain exactly what happened Chewie interviewed GP Charlotte's Head Judge Scott Marshall, who is in fact pretty awesome. That interview is included in this episode so everyone can hear it straight from the source. It starts at 1:05:38.
