Episode 11, the final episode of...
A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court
by
Mark Twain
Hank and Arthur are led to the gallows. As the noose is placed around Arthur's neck 500 knights come charging down the street.
A few days later Hank and Arthur are back in Camelot. Hank is reading the newspaper announcing his long overdo duel with Sir Sagramore.
Hank is able to unhorse Sagramore and then takes on other challengers and defeats them all. Sir Sagramore comes back for a second chance with a sword.
Sagramore charges at Hank, who pulls out a revolver and shots the knight in the chest, killing him. Hank then challenges all the knights. He kills nine of them with the revolver before the rest give up and Hank declares Chivalry is dead.
Hank reveals all the schools and factories he setup in secret and over the next three years develops a railroad system. He then sets out to complete his final two tasks, overthrow the Roman Catholic Church and dissolve Monarchy.
Before he can put his plans in motion Sandy arrives saying their daughter is sick. Under the advice of the doctor, they take her to France to recover. She fully recovers but there hasn't been a ship from England in a while and Hank gets nervous. He returns to England alone to find it under the Interdict!
He dons a disguise and travels through the desolate countryside to Camelot.
Will Hank make it to Camelot? What will he find if he arrives? Is King Arthur still alive and ruling?
