Multiplying Disciples

In Acts 19:8-10, we see a powerful example of the missions model of Christ as Paul catalyzes work throughout all of Asia. 3 key activities contributed to this kind of work for Paul and continue to play an essential role for disciple-making movement catalysts today.

How do you know if disciples are following you (as you follow Christ) or if you’re just taking a walk? You may want to disciple someone but they may not think of you as their disciple-maker. Jesus looked for those who voted with their feet and there are some clear principles we can learn from His model.

Should you focus on discipleship or church in following the model of Jesus and early church? YES. Both are critical, but understanding the tension between the two and getting practical strategies for maintaining that tension are key.
