Multiplying Disciples

Multiplying Movements are sustained through the health and DNA of their leaders. Using the 1-3-9 tool is a simple and very effective way to both vision cast and assess the "soil sample" of the DNA of the disciples, churches, and leaders being multiplied through those you lead.

Jesus spent time with big crowds while investing in the few. In this episode we look at two tools called "Precision Harvesting" and "Invitation/Challenge" to understand how we can learn to engage both to find the faithful few.

John 20 describes a situation very similar to the one many believers find themselves in in 2021 and the way Christ responds in 20:21 is a clear word for this year in 2021.

Jesus consistently used these three way to filter for multiplying disciples that we can use to find the disciples that will multiply generationally.

Jesus multiplied disciples and churches by focusing on DNA worth multiplying and training it in such a way that others had an example to put it into practice. He trained disciples in the micro to live out church in the macro. To see the same kind of fruit, we have to learn how to do the same.
