  • #22: Abundance part 3: Giving, Education and Finance with Cheyenne Smaal

What are the misconceptions about the money mindset? What sources of income can you create for yourself and your loved ones? Are you ready to receive and do everything necessary to let it all in?

In this third episode, Cheyenne and I talk about the last three essentials for abundance: giving, education, and finance. I think we can all relate to them since they are more well-known and “accepted” in society.

Finance is the result of, what Cheyenne calls, the preparation time: time, energy, and love you give to yourself, your loved ones, and the world.

  • #21: Abundance part 2: self-care, self-love and loved ones with Cheyenne Smaal

How can we receive abundance with self-care, self-love and loved ones? How do these essential practices contribute to abundance?

    Today is all about love.
Love for yourself and for the loved ones in your inner circle. We know we can't give from an empty vessel.
To feel and unleash the abundance that is already within us, it all starts with the love and care for yourself.

To quote Cheyenne's words of wisdom:

“Self-love is the biggest practice in life, because we haven’t learned how to do that… Please learn to receive love.”

That's why Cheyenne Smaal and I give you a gentle reminder of how to put you first on the list. She also shares examples of how she practices self-care and self-love, and how she shares her love with her loved ones.

Let us all be inspired to receive and spread love.

  • #20: Abundance part 1: The 6 essential practices with Cheyenne Smaal

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲? 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲?💠

For the next Humble Luxury-series we will feature one of all time favorite topics: ABUNDANCE.

For this theme I asked Cheyenne Smaal to join me again. She is a transformation coach in business and personal development, and a public speaker specialized in transpower, diversity and inclusion. In episode number 14 she shares her touching story on how to take your power back after many years of rejection, abuse and surviving.

Since the beginning of 2021, she came up with 6 essential practices to attract and manifest abundance. Cheyenne's approach is based on the fact that everything is already there for you and that we all are born in abundance, which is the primal energy. And to remind us of this birth gift, she introduces the 6 essentials as a very logical, doable but most of all loving strategy that covers all meaningful and important aspects in our lives. In fact, her strategy has already been proven to be effective!

💠This episode is an invitation to take the first steps for the 6 essentials, which are:

    1. Self-care              4. Giving
    2. Self-love              5. Education
    3. Loved ones          6. Finance

In the next two episodes we will dive deeper into the practice of the 6 essentials, covering self-care, self-love and loved ones in part 2, and giving, education and finance in part 3.

  • #19: Gratitude & Memory of The Heart

"Gratitude is the memory of the heart" is an old French proverb by Jean-Baptiste Massieu.

The practice of gratitude is a beautiful, timely, wise, and loving way with scientific evidence, to nourish and uplift your heart. Besides, gratitude has been shown to increase our overall health and well-being: including getting more sleep.
Maybe even now is the best possible moment to practice gratitude. Most people know when and why they feel grateful. It comes with events that make us feel joyful and happy. But as life can be unpredictable, and feel scary, practicing gratitude can be hard or a challenge too. One of the biggest mistakes we can make is to think we should be grateful 100 percent of the time. That’s an impossible standard. We know gratitude is good for us, we know we should feel grateful, we know life would be better if we did, but sometimes the feeling is just not there and then we feel guilty about it. In this solo episode you can hear why I relate the practice of gratitude to the practice of self-care and ... forgiving.
You will also receive a few journaling prompts to start your adventure of gratefulness.

    GRATITUDE (part 2)

In last week's episode on gratitude, Vinita and I shared our (multicultural) views on gratitude, what it means to us, and how we define gratitude. You will hear more about the beauty of mindful photography in connection with practicing gratitude and

    • about the moment she fell in love with photography and what made her decide to spread the love.
  • how mindful photography can help redirect the day or even life in a positive way.
  • how practicing gratitude goes hand in hand with mindful photography.
  • why she developed the course “Life Through Your Lens”.

  • #17: Humble Luxury | Claudia with Vinita Salomé on gratitude part 1

May I proudly present: the podcast mini-series “Humble Luxury” on the MultiWoman & Co. podcast!

“Humble Luxury” is a new addition to the MultiWoman & Co. podcast, and symbolizes the feeling of non material wealth, well-being on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level, meaningful life gems, and appreciation for the goodness in and around ourselves.

The mantra for this series is “expand my world, expand my reality”, and includes our inner and outer life. Every series will feature one life theme at a time in three short(er) episodes providing sweet and simple tips and tools for the practice. If you choose to :-)

We kick-off with the first life gem “gratitude”. For this topic, I joined forces with Vinita Salomé. She was a guest in episode number #5: Vinita Salomé about gratitude and falling in love with life, in which she talks about her experiences in three extremely different cultures: Japan, India, and The Netherlands. Being a professional photographer and a mom with the basics of the Buddhist teachings, she has practiced gratitude for many years.

In this episode we share our (multicultural) views on gratitude, what it means to us, and how we define gratitude.

The three episodes are an invitation for practicing gratitude together with sweet and simple tools.

  • #14 Cheyenne Smaal: “Take Back Your Power”: van overleven naar levenslust en onvoorwaardelijke zelfliefde
