The U.S. is now in charge of Venezuela after the U.S. military invaded the country and forcefully removed President Nicolas Maduro. Whether or not U.S. President Donald Trump did it legally is still up in the air. 

Also, the final season of Stranger Things completely fell flat, continuing a trend of culturally-impactful shows falling off in their final season. 

America experienced a lot of upheaval on what is supposed to be a chill day for everyone. First, a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband were gunned down, then protests against Trump broke out all over the country. 

The man wanted in the death of Rep. Melissa Hortman, 57-year-old Vance Boelter, was still at large as of June 14. 

Violent demonstrations against ICE officials attempting to detain alleged illegal immigrants have created mayhem throughout Los Angeles. Some people wrongfully think committing violence against ICE is a source for positive change, while others are seeing it as an opportunity to loot and commit other crimes.

NOTE: I realized after uploading the episode that I completely forgot to mention a violent right-wing protest: the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. I'll be sure to mention it in the next episode.
