On July 27, 1981, six year old Adam Walsh was abducted from the Hollywood Mall in Hollywood, Florida. His remains were found two weeks later in a canal off the Florida Turnpike. This case changed an entire nation and set off a string of events that changed law enforcement and their procedures all over the country.
