Charles Ray Hatcher literally took advantage of every single loophole in the system.  Not only the justice system but the mental health arena as well. Hatcher was arrested time and time again for horrible offenses against children and would be let go because he knew how to work the system, or an officer wouldn't do his due diligence. Every serial killer needs a bit of luck and this man had a lucky horseshoe up his butt. Innocent children across the midwest would be victimized due to the lackadaisical attitude many had towards men who commit crimes against children.

 Charles Hatcher was an American serial killer who confessed to murdering 16 people between 1969 and 1982. Over a span of two decades he not only murdered many children but he made their last moments on this Earth absolute hell. To take a life is one thing but to stretch those last seconds, those last minutes , that last hour into an absolute living hell is another thing. A pedophile and a child murderer is the worst of the worst. We use words like evil, sadistic, psychopath, to describe men like Charles Hatcher but this case goes beyond that. Words cannot accurately depict what this type of "Man" is. He is human in his DNA but is totally separate from the human race. When we love, he hates, what we cherish he destroys and the lines that would we never in our darkest days every dare to cross, do not even exist for Charles Ray Hatcher. With all of that said, enjoy!

Here we are folks the conclusion of Charles Ng and Leonard Lake!
In this episode we get into the "true" body count of these two and we also get into their eventual capture. To summarize I can say that I do believe that with or without each other they would have become murderers. They may not have individually had the numbers that they had together but they both had hatred and murder in their hearts.
Leonard Lake would have captured women and made them into his sex slaves with or without Charles Ng.
Charles Ng would have killed out of necessity and convenience to himself, I do think he would have been caught a lot sooner without Leonard holding him back. The main difference between these two is that Ng is a sociopath and that Lake was a psychopath.
