Robert Lee Yates was a man so perfectly hidden that he could carry out many murders undetected. A decorated military veteran, a father, and a husband, but also a serial killer. Yates was like many killers unable to perform sexually and with that came his rage pointed directly at women.

Parents that called for answers were given attitude, platitudes, and zero empathy. Many of these children would still be alive if not for the lackadaisical attitude of the Houston Police.
