  • Egypt Declares War Ex 1:15-22
This sobering sermon on Exodus 1:12-22 explores God's valuation of life by contrasting Pharaoh's oppressive decrees with the courage of the Hebrew midwives, Shiphrah and Puah. Pharaoh's command to kill newborn boys is a declaration of war against the expanding Israelite population, and will prove to be a declaration against God. Egyptian culture viewed foreigners as "non-people" and normalized abortion, similar to our modern culture. The message highlights how the midwives chose to fear God over man by letting the children live, serving as a powerful reminder that while destructive forces seek to oppress, God actively creates, protects, and sustains life.

  • Jesus’ Fourth Trial, The Jews Take Him To Pontius Pilate - John 18:28-38
This sermon examines the first Roman trial of Jesus before Pontius Pilate, highlighting the irony of religious leaders who feared ceremonial defilement while plotting murder. Pastor Bob contrasts the Jews' legalistic obsession with outward purity against their inner hypocrisy, using this historical event to warn against modern reliance on rules rather than faith. Central to the narrative is Jesus' declaration that His kingdom is not of this world, establishing His identity as a king who testifies to the truth. The transcript emphasizes that these events were sovereignly planned by God before creation to fulfill prophecy regarding Christ's crucifixion and resurrection. Ultimately, the message calls believers to stand firm for the truth of Christ despite worldly opposition, trusting in the completed work of salvation. Scripture References: John 18:28-38 Isaiah 53:1-7 Matthew 23:23-26 John 12:32 Mark 10:33-34 Matthew 26:67 Benediction May Jesus Christ, our living Lord and Savior, guide each of us, and provide for each of us, through the grace of the Holy Spirit. May He grant us wisdom and humility, and the boldness to speak His truth at every opportunity this week. Amen!

  • Abortion Part A
This sermon argues that abortion constitutes murder, violating the biblical commandment 'You shall not kill' found in Exodus 20:13. The speaker asserts that human life begins at conception, making the unborn child a full human being made in God's image with inherent dignity. By contrasting divine truth with secular humanism and historical atrocities, the text condemns the cultural normalization of abortion as a grave sin against God's sovereignty over life. The message calls for repentance from this sin and urges listeners to trust in Christ for salvation while praying for an end to the practice. Ultimately, it emphasizes that preserving life honors God and that judgment awaits those who reject His moral law.

  • He Is Stronger Than Your Weakest Moment | Perseverance of the Saints
Romans 11:22 — "Otherwise thou also shalt be cut off." Does that mean you can lose your salvation? A verse-by-verse walk through Catholic, Arminian, and Reformed views on perseverance. This message addresses one of the most searched and debated questions in the Christian life: can a believer lose their salvation? This sermon walks through three major views — the Catholic view of ongoing justification through works, the Arminian view that a believer can choose to walk away and become apostate, and the Reformed conviction that the saints persevere not by their own strength, but because God preserves them to the end. Using real conversations, honest struggle with hard passages, and examples from David and Peter — two men who backslid badly and yet were never cast away — this sermon works through 2 Timothy 2 and 4, 1 John 1 and 5, Matthew 5 and 23, Galatians 2, Romans 9–11, Philippians 1 and 4, and Hebrews 7 to answer the question honestly and biblically: is your salvation dependent on your own perseverance, or on God's? This sermon walks through the doctrine of perseverance, explaining: - What perseverance actually means and why the Christian life is marked by it - The Catholic doctrine of ongoing justification, mortal sin, and venial sin — and why it misunderstands what justification means - The Arminian argument from Romans 11:22 that a believer can be "cut off" - Why Romans 9–11 is actually about the nation of Israel, not individual salvation - The olive tree, the grafted branches, and what they do (and don't) teach about losing salvation - David's adultery, conspiracy, and murder — and why he was still a man after God's own heart

  • The Law of Sowing and Reaping | Pastor Jayson Hill
Continuing a study through the dispensations, the preacher takes up the law of sowing and reaping as God establishes it in the opening chapters of Genesis. From the curses pronounced after the first transgression, he shows that a man reaps the very thing he sows and reaps it multiplied, tracing that principle through Cain's descent from rebellion into murder and on into the corruption of a whole world. He applies it plainly to daily life: strife, lust, dishonesty and neglect cannot yield peace, purity, trust or love, because sowing to the flesh reaps corruption. He then sets against that the incorruptible seed of the word of God, and the gospel of the death, burial and resurrection of Christ, which brings forth everlasting life. The message closes with a call to be sowers who plant that good seed in their own hearts and in the lives of others.

  • Naboth's Vineyard
The sermon examines the biblical account of Naboth's vineyard to illustrate the severe consequences of sin and the importance of holding fast to spiritual inheritance. It details how King Ahab and Queen Jezebel conspired to murder Naboth to seize his land, leading to divine judgment pronounced through the prophet Elijah. The narrative highlights that while Ahab showed temporary remorse, he lacked genuine repentance, resulting in the destruction of his house as foretold. The preacher uses this historical event to warn believers against compromising their faith for worldly gain or conforming to secular values. Finally, the message urges the congregation to protect the integrity of their churches and personal faith, resisting any changes that dishonor God, just as Naboth refused to surrender his ancestral inheritance.
