In this interview Jan Kumar describes the horrific events leading up to the death of her father, Dr Vijayakumar. Dr. Kumar went into hospital in July of 2023, complaining of chest pain. Instead of being treated, he was placed on an end of life pathway. He was denied oxygen, his normal medications were removed and, in the words of his daughter, he was ‘sedated until he died.’

Jan also describes her battle for justice, and how the hospital, the police and the courts have conspired to stop the truth from coming to light.
