Because protecting yourself is not being difficult. It’s being professional.
I remember 2017.I was deeply involved in the music and creative industry creating visuals, filming concerts, traveling from city to city, studying full-time, and giving everything I had to the work I loved.
From the outside, it looked like a dream. Behind the scenes, there were moments of exhaustion, pressure, unfairness, and disrespect that I didn’t fully recognize at the time.
In this episode of Music and Everything in Between with Sunny, I talk honestly about my journey and why it’s so important for women in the music and entertainment industry to protect themselves: emotionally, professionally, and legally.
This podcast is about awareness, boundaries, respect and building a healthier industry where creativity, professionalism and teamwork come first.
In this episode, we talk about:

This episode is a quiet reflection on a year that felt heavy, slow, and emotionally exhausting for many of us.
Lately, almost everyone I speak to says the same thing about 2025:
It wasn’t loud or dramatic, it was quietly draining.
In this episode, I open up about loss, grief, and the version of ourselves we sometimes miss after life shifts. About continuing to function while internally adjusting to changes no one else can see. About creativity, connection, and why simply showing up, even in small ways can be enough.
We talk about:
This episode is not about having answers.
It’s about honesty, softness, and trusting that even when progress is invisible, growth is still happening.
If you’re feeling tired, behind, or unsure: This space is for you.
You’re not broken. You’re in process.
Be gentle with yourself!
It’s already in you!
You’ve got this!

This episode is about loss, grief, and learning how to live with the absence of someone you trusted deeply.
I reflect on the passing of Lazzybwoy, a talented artist from Ghana and share my personal experience of connecting through music, conversation, and mutual respect, followed by the pain of his sudden departure 13th December 2024.Â
I speak honestly about grief in the creative world, the importance of safe spaces, and how I tried to stay strong while carrying loss.
This episode is not only a tribute, but also a space for anyone who has lost someone, struggled with grief or needed reassurance that they are not alone.Â
The episode ends with a special live conversation from February 2024, when Lazzybwoy joined my live session, allowing his voice and spirit to remain part of this journey.
🕊️ Rest in love and light.

Im so excited, Today, I’m bringing you a very special conversation with an artist who has truly become family on my platforms
The beautiful Artist from Ghana: Daanga.
This is actually our second interview: our first talk happened back in February 2025, and now we reconnected in August with deeper insights, fresh updates, and of course… some exclusive freestyles you don’t want to miss.
As I told you before, whenever an artist’s name is mentioned here, you know this was discussed upfront. That’s why I’m really happy that I can bring the beautiful conversation we had on TikTok Live into our podcast moments.
And trust me, the story around Daanga is a beautiful one. You can truly feel and understand the experiences he’s bringing along with him, but also learn a lot...
Daanga is not only a talented artist, he’s also a good soul, always giving back, hard working, uplifting others, and representing Ghana with passion. In this episode, we go deep into his rebranding journey, the challenges of the industry, the role of social media today, and so much more.
So settle in, turn up the volume, and let’s dive into this inspiring and entertaining conversation with Daanga.
I always enjoy talking to him, not just because of the music, but because of his mindset, his consistency, and the positive energy he brings to every conversation. Feel free to check out the 1st Interview also, because all of the tiktok live interviews are also on my youtube channel.Â
If this episode actually Daanga inspired you, make sure to check out his music and support his journey. And if you’re new here, don’t forget to follow the podcast so you don’t miss the next artist story or any other interesting story.
Music is more than sound, it’s connection, it’s stories, and it’s energy we can all share.
Thanks for tuning in, MusicFam.Â
Until next time stay real, stay inspired, and keep feeling the vibes.Â
