Music Crush Monday

Welcome back to another installment of the Music Crush Monday Podcast! The guys are excited to bring you another episode and to show you all some more music to check out! This week Kevin is picking the band and he decided to go off of his “Bands To Check Out Further” list. So this is a relatively newer band to his list but thought it would be fun to present them on the podcast to get your thoughts!

Once again Spotify comes through with suggesting a band to listen to and can usually be pretty spot on what to suggest. Is that why it is called SPOTify? As you probably know we have all of our contact information listed below so utilize that and reach out to us! Tell us what bands you have discovered on Spotify or other music apps. We would love to hear some of your favorites and someone for us to check out.

Thanks for joining us this week, don’t forget to check out our Patreon page to support the podcast and get more weekly content. As little as $1 a month you would get access to our B-Side episodes! So as always our friends, we’ll see you next Monday!

We have reached the final day of the 12 days of CRUSHmas and Steve gives us a great one from a classic punk band.  An homage to his brother Jon because he claims there are only 2 good Christmas songs in the world and Kevin happened to already play the other.  We hope you enjoyed these episodes, and we’re sorry we’ve been MIA for so long.  Our hope is to come back in 2022 with some format changes, but we still have a lot of music to show you and want to do that any way we can.  Happy Holidays!

Welcome to Day 11 of the Music Crush Monday Podcast’s 12 Days of Crushmas!  Kevin brings his final day in the 12 day journey and went with some nostalgia on this day.  Picking a smooth jazz song off of the Charlie Brown Christmas album has been on Kevin’s radar for a couple of years but glad he held off as he feels this year’s song selections fit into his unofficial theme.  Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!  We appreciate all of you and wish happy health in 2022.

O Tannenbaum off of A Charlie Brown Christmas Soundtrack

Janet, from wife episode fame brings us a classic song from a classic movie.  What song is it you ask, well you’ll have to tune in and find out.  However, we can say the minute you hear it you will be transported into a world of Christmas spirit! Kevin is next on Day 11 so stick around for the final 2 days.

Song: Ice Dance from the movie “Edward Scissorhands”

The final days of CRUSHmas are rapidly approaching, but the party is definitely not stopping in this episode.  Steve dives deep and plays some music that does not really get any attention on the podcast, but is a raucous of a good time.  Keep shaking your ass all the way to day 12!!  A secret….guest is up tomorrow for Day 10.

Song: Jingle Bell Rock

Kevin is here to bring some classic sounds to Day 8 of the 12 days of CRUSHmas!  But he is bringing it with another one of his favorite bands.  Kevin isn’t swimming too far away from the pier this Christmas season, but that is quite alright.  We certainly hope you are enjoying this year’s 12 day journey.  Tune in tomorrow as Steve gets back on the mic.

Song: Please Come Home For Christmas off of Cocoa & Christmas

Steve is fully into the Christmas spirit of bringing some of the more obscure songs from his collection.  Today’s day is no different as we dive into a full on Winter Wonderland adventure. We’re more than halfway done at this point so get on the CRUSHmas gravy train or go kick rocks.
