This is a tune I wrote for my godson. It's sung through the eyes of his sister, whom he annoys dreadfully in the usual sibling rivalry. At the moment, he's become Michael Jackson after seeing the new biopic, dancing to "Billie Jean" and all the Jackson 5 tracks.

A song I wrote about the ironic “Western.” When I was growing up, we were fed on Westerns and Walt Disney until they became hardwired into our heads. Even now, I still remember the names of Billy the Kid and Jesse James. The first movie I ever saw in the cinema was Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, which was a masterpiece. For a child, viewing it on a huge silver screen looked so real, as if you were there in Monument Valley.

This is a song I wrote after reading about Cleopatra, the undisputed Queen of the Nile. She could seduce kings, queens, and leaders alike, especially from Rome’s top echelon. Yet she was also ruthless having her brother and sister murdered and feeding rivals to the crocodiles kept at her palace in Shatby.
She walked across the backs of servants laid out like human pontoons so her feet would never touch the cold marble floors. But Cleopatra was also a genius: a polyglot who spoke ten languages, wrote books, and amassed billionaire fortune vast enough to rescue Caesar and Rome from bankruptcy.
She founded an exclusive drinking club and once created a pearl cocktail that, in today’s money, would be worth over $10 million still considered the most expensive drink ever concocted.
What a woman. It took 24 Roman legions and 250 warships to finally defeat her almost the full might of Rome itself

This is a song I wrote about two young lovers who were separated by death, leaving them both with broken hearts until the angels took pity on them and eventually brought them back together. They watched the man walk the lonely streets for a lifetime, with the ghost of his lost love following in his footsteps to the place where, as young lovers, they used to meet. Unfortunately, it’s based on a true story.

This is a song I wrote after reading about the Campbell Curse, called The Curse of Bluebird, in which anyone who had anything to do with these speed machines usually met a fatal or financial end. In many cases, being involved with them seemed to fast forward the future toward a destiny death.

This is a song I wrote about the move stars and their love of Cars which soon become mafee and moulded to their own persuasions and  personalities with bizarre customized outcomes.

This is a song I wrote after listening to a friend explaining the details of a dating site he was uploading his advertisement onto. The reason I say this is that it resembles buying a car, where you look at the details, bodywork, etc. You put in an age category, model/gender, mileage/number of owners i.e., marriages/partners, then swipe left or right and hold to view in detail just like on many sites that trade in goods or cars. Then you begin to swipe through the menu.

This is a song I wrote after reading about the ravens in the Tower of London. 
 Long ago, they were the city’s street cleaning squad as they are now. The Tower’s executions were, to them, a rare treat of meat.
 Now they're a tourist greet, their bellies packed with blood biscuits rabbit. Pampered, praised, and plump, they are awarded military rank and are subject to the same strict code as soldiers, with some court martialed and dishonourably discharged for bad behaviour.

This is the song I wrote from a poem five years ago,  i called it Mood indigo it's about getting up for work on Monday morning with a banging hangover, my mother's words echoing the chorus !! .
