We're back! (Even though we barely left) Did you miss us? We don't care because we missed you and each other so we're back to infect the airwaves again. This week, The truth is out there and J and I make a (failed) attempt to find it. From the macabre to the ridiculous we discuss music personality conspiracy theories. We try to be non exploitative and respectful but the shift in tones are handled with all the subtlety of a sledge hammer (on my part). J gives us a run down of music conspiracies from a BBC article full of puns on faked deaths and lizard people. I explain how "Paul is dead" from a Rolling Stone article and we go through a tour of local authority grave digger uniforms en route. Standard for us. We discuss Selena Gomez' black market kidney, Hollywod being hooked on adrenochrome and Tom Delonge's search for aliens. It's the end of the K! Sessions. You may all heave a collective sigh of relief but we're sad to say goodbye. An absolute plethora of tech issues (on my part) plague this cursed episode and I can only apologise for the audio quality but I don't want to cause I like to sound like a D.I.Y punk band recording in the basement. We read an article on Foo Fighter's 'Wasting Light' which J has a personal affinity with. This album was probably written while Dave was "taking the bins oot" or "cleaning his hoover" most likely. We divulge our completely unwarranted distrust of Josh Holme and Snoop Dogg/Frank Sinatra respectively. Then we move onto songs about drinking and alcohol to celebrate the end of the K-Files in a chaotic messy sesh with whitey and demonic sound quality all over the shop. Back again for more torture I see? Welcome to the K! Sessions part 4 in this episode I hop onto Kerrang's radio site and read an article about metal covers of ABBA songs. J and I both love a bit of ABBA and are luke warm at best with regards to metal in general (sorry not sorry). Will this article change our minds? In short, not really, but boy do we have fun along the way. Step inside to hear my pitiful attempt at "screamo" vocals, repetitive guitar tones I dislike after 0.5 seconds and why oh why is everything in a minor key? Light at the end of the tunnel however is provided by two fans who give us way better recommendations than the actual article. Great. Please give us, give us, give us your "love" after midnight (or in J's case at a respectable hour pre-chamomile tea) and slide into the DMs with your thoughts and opinions. J & N xoxo

Here we go again...Kerrang! Files part 3. This episode we explore facts about Dave Grohl...some of which cause me to have a minor existential crisis. Then I discuss the 'war on emo',an insane moment in time where The Daily Mail basically told the parents of any kids that listened to MCR that they should be very worried...*eye roll intensifies*. The latter article discusses the death of Sophie Lancaster and there are some heavier issues raised throughout. J and I hopefully navigate these issues with the respect they deserve. J & N xoxo

Back again for the chaotic and largely plotless Kerrang! Session sequel. As most sequels go (bar a few shining examples) this one falls into the abyss rather quickly and we wouldn't have it any other way. We start by addressing the strange music choices on Clyde 1 for the passing of Prince Phillip and from this point it quickly slides down a slippery McPhilly Cheese Steak lined slope. In this session I read an article on underrated 90's albums and we then move onto 90's movie cameos made by bands. These articles provide scaffolding that we desperately try to cling to whilst discussing much more important issues as J's painting intensifies furiously. J savagely damns people to die in holes. Frank Carter or Frank Turner? We're unsure tbh but both are quite bad. I get confused between two films called Jack Frost and the iconic alcoholic beverage Frosty Jack's. And *plot spoiler* we finally reveal the origins of the 'ghost duplicate Mark' I'm going to have tattooed on my body in 190 episodes. You just had to be there guys.
