Absolutely one of our favorite songwriters, we had the privilege of sitting down for our second interview with Nashville #1 hitmaker Brice Long in beautiful Whitefish during the songwriter festival. Once again hosted at Slow Burn Records as part of “Coffee and Conversations,” this follow-up visit felt even deeper and more relaxed — like catching up with an old friend who just happens to be one of Nashville’s finest craftsmen. Brice reflected on the evolution of his songwriting journey, the stories behind his No. 1 hits, and what continues to inspire him creatively. There’s something special about revisiting a conversation with a true hitmaker, and this one was filled with insight, authenticity, and the kind of storytelling that reminds us why great songs always start with great writers.
Brice has had close to 200 cuts, with hits like "Nothing on but the radio" No. 1 cut by Gary Allen, "Like a Cowboy" a chart topper for Randy Houser, "Heartache on the dance floor" John Pardi, and "Hey Cowgirl" Randall King are just a few of our Brice Long favorites.
