Lo que hoy compartiré quizá parezca noticia vieja, pero lo que sucede es que en el fútbol el tiempo y las noticias abundan y vuelan. El pasado viernes se llevó acabo el sorteo de octavos de final de la UEFA Champions League para determinar los emparejamientos de los 16 equipos que siguen en carrera. Tal y cómo mencioné en mi anterior post, temía que se produjeran enfrentamientos entre equipos del mismo país, esa posibilidad existía para los dos equipos de Madrid y para el Bayer 04 Leverkusen y Bayern Munich, y bueno, así terminó ocurriendo.

Es así que en el video que hoy comparto les doy mis predicciones en lo que respecta a los emparejamientos derivados del sorteo, habrán partidos muy interesantes que vaticinan unos cuartos de final que pueden ser épicos. Algunos equipos resultaron beneficiados y otros no tanto, como el caso del Liverpool que, a pesar de haber terminado la fase de liga en el primer lugar, tendrá que enfrentarse al incómodo PSG, pero así es el fútbol y si quieres ser campeón debes derrotarlos a todos. Ya se jugó la inédita fase de knockout o playoffs de la UEFA Champions League y en ese sentido llegó el momento de dar mis impresiones al respecto. Ya había mencionado anteriormente que ésta era una de las novedades del nuevo formato le cual, desde mi punto de vista, está hecho para darle una segunda oportunidad a los equipos grandes que estuvieran teniendo una mala temporada, debo recordar que ésta fase la juegan equipos que no tuvieron la capacidad de clasificar a octavos de final de manera directa.

Grandes equipos como el Real Madrid, Manchester City, PSG, Milan, Juventus y Bayern Munich, tuvieron la incómoda tarea de jugar ésta fase con la intención de mantenerse en carrera, hay que destacar que una temprana eliminación en Europa para éstos equipos sería prácticamente lapidario para la temporada en general.

Es así que en el video que hoy comparto, les doy mis impresiones respecto a los clasificados y eliminados, resta ahora esperar un nuevo sorteo para determinar con exactitud los cruces que viviremos en los octavos de final de la UCL, de allí en adelante todo será tal y como se jugaba en el antiguo formato. Para mi es un placer estar acá nuevamente, ésta es una comunidad que siempre me ha gustado mucho para compartir mis contenidos audiovisuales, ese es un formato que practico con bastante frecuencia y en ese sentido éste espacio es ideal para expresarme y para divertirme. Entonces, me alegró mucho saber que éste proyecto se reactivó para quienes nos gusta generar contenido y para quienes nos gusta expresarnos frente a la cámara.

Lo que hoy comparto es un quiz del famoso canal de YouTube PlayQuiz Trivia, en éste reto en particular debo puntualizar con que nombre se le conoce a ciertas frutas, verduras y objetos en mi país de origen, recordemos que cada región o país puede tener un nombre propio o distinto para cada elemento, es así que creo que es una dinámica bastante divertida.

Me pareció interesante revisar la actualidad de las grandes ligas europeas ya que algunas se encuentran en un buen momento desde el punto de vista emocional siendo que la diferencia de puntos entre los primeros lugares no es muy grande. Es verdad que aún falta mucho por jugarse, pero creo que hay tendencias que se empiezan a marcar en función a los posibles candidatos a campeones, pocas veces en los últimos años se han visto grandes remontadas, por lo que quienes estén actualmente en los primeros lugares, pues, seguramente se alzarán con el título en sus respectivas ligas.

No hablé de la liga alemana ya que planeo hacer un análisis más detallado, es una de las ligas que más me gusta por el aliento del público hacia sus equipos y por lo vistoso y parejo del juego. Los invito a ver el video ya que allí yace detallado el contenido de éste post, probablemente tengas algunas cosas que decirme y yo con gusto te responderé. ¡Un fuerte abrazo para todos!

Tenía mucho tiempo sin realizar publicaciones en ésta comunidad, pero considerando que tuve como idea realizar una dinámica un poco diferente para mi blog, pensé que la comunidad correcta sería ésta. Estuve leyendo detenidamente la descripción y reglas de la comunidad, y aunque no pude determinar claramente sí este contenido es apto, tampoco vi que estaba rompiendo alguna regla, así que soy todo oídos sí los moderadores consideran que éste tipo de contenido es válido o no, pero lo que sí es cierto es que relacionado con la comida.

Ya he hecho quiz en otras oportunidades, pero relacionados a otras temáticas, debo reconocer que me divierto mucho haciéndolos ya que son el tipo de dinámicas en las que tienes que tomar una decisión rápida y muchas veces pueden ser decisiones complejas, pero eso es lo bonito de todo esto. En ésta dinámica debo elegir de entre unas 40 incógnitas en las que me dan opciones de dos comidas, una de comida chatarra y otra de comida saludable. Como bien saben, todos nos debatimos diariamente entre los tipos de comidas que queremos para nuestro día a día, y aunque lo normal es que comamos en casa, a muchos nos gusta salir con frecuencia a comer algo en la calle.

I had a long time without posting in this community, but considering that I had the idea of making a little different dynamic for my blog, I thought that the right community would be this one. In this dynamic I have to choose from about 40 puzzles in which I am given choices of two foods, one junk food and one healthy food. As you well know, we all debate daily between the types of meals we want for our day to day, and although we usually eat at home, many of us like to go out frequently to eat something on the street.

Y bueno, para nadie es un secreto que comer en la calle no es lo más saludable, pero tampoco es un secreto que puede ser más delicioso que comer en casa (risas). Es así que en éste video responderé según mis gustos que tipo de comidas me gustan más, debo decir que tuve que tomar decisiones muy complejas, pero lo importante es que me divertí. Once again I share with the community a bass cover of an important opening, Go!!!! by Flow is one of those songs that Naruto lovers have in their blood, it is the 4th opening of the anime and we can listen to it from chapter 78 to 103, during the mentioned chapters we saw how Konoha is destroyed by Orichimaru (spectacular battles everywhere) and we also saw the arc of Tsunade's quest. As I said in my previous post in which I shared the song Haruka Kanata, this era of Naruto anime is the one in which millions of us became fans of spectacular ninjas.

By the way, I should mention that I brought this song by @ridgette's suggestion, I decided to do this cover immediately after reading her comment, so I waited for the right moment to do it. I always listen to this song in their version of The F1rts Take and a live show where they invite several famous singers from Japan, it's a spectacle to see them together singing such an iconic song like this. I will keep reading your suggestions in the comment box to bring more opening or ending, I have some pending ones that I'm sure I will share in the future.

Once again, I am pleased to share with you the roads of my city. This time, you will see 3.3 km of Constitution Avenue, one of the most important and busiest avenues in the city of Maracay, this avenue runs through almost the entire downtown area with almost 12 km of road in a straight line, which makes it ideal for moving during the busiest hours. Through this avenue, you have access to important avenues such as Maracay avenue, Intercomunal avenue, Fuerzas Aéreas avenue, Bermúdez avenue, Ayacucho avenue, Mariño street, among others that are very important for the majority of citizens and businesses.

The route that I recorded began at the San Jacinto distributor, I accessed it from Maracay Avenue and from there I drove in a straight line to Bermudez Avenue. In that stretch, I passed by important urbanizations such as Girardot, Piñonal, San José and San Agustín, these urbanizations are among the oldest in the city, in fact, they already existed when the Constitution Avenue was not yet built, but a train used to pass through there, which no longer exists.

In the following photos you will see the central terminal of Maracay (on the left) and the José Antonio Páez barracks (on the right), these two places are iconic in the city since they have many years of having been built, besides, it is a very common point of reference among the citizens. In previous years the heavy traffic made it difficult to move freely along this stretch, but things have changed, it is usually clear.

The tour ended on Bermudez Avenue at the Instituto de Altos Estudios Arnoldo Gabaldón, a site that is architecturally very striking, meters before, is the soccer field Tacita de Plata, a place that I remember fondly because when I was younger I played there with my neighborhood team, are moments that I treasure very much because I love soccer.

This week is coming to an end and I want to close it with a flourish, so I will share with you one of the songs that I have always liked the most. When I met the existence of the American band Megadeth it was like love at first sight, their Thrash Metal characterized by their unique style opened my eyes to what is good music. “Symphony of Destruction” which is the song I share today, is one of the first songs I heard from them along with others like ‘Tornado of Souls’, ‘Peace Sells’ and ‘Swearing Bullets’, all these are fixed in my playlist every time I listen to music to relax, of course, there are also many others that I like a lot.

At my age, I have been fortunate to see many international bands live, in previous years practically the vast majority of bands that toured South America surely passed through Venezuela and I took advantage of those golden years of concerts in this country, however, Megadeth is one of those that have been elusive to me. They recently performed in the city of Lima, where I lived for several years, but by that time I had already left there, I always think that if at that time I had been there, well, I would have surely attended the long awaited concert.

Ellos se presentaron hace poco en la ciudad de Lima, que donde viví varios años, pero para ese momento ya me había ido de allí, siempre pienso que sí en ese momento hubiera estado allá, pues, con toda seguridad habría asistido a tan esperado concierto.

As the description of this community states, its purpose is for users to show the different roads of the world they travel every day through their cameras, the vast majority of users have the possibility to do so and in that sense those of us who are on this side of the screen can see how the environment of those who wish to share it looks like. It is enough to go for a walk in the surroundings or take advantage of an outing or trip to activate the camera on your phone and record a few minutes.

My videos in this community are recorded with the camera of my phone from my car, every time I go out to routes other than those already shown I try to record the road and then share it with you. Some users have already joined the community and have shared their videos, but we hope that many more will join, here you have a nice opportunity to show the world the wonders of their surroundings.

The post I share today seems short in mileage compared to the previous ones, but despite that this particular route seemed to be longer due to the amount of traffic lights on the road. This route started in Las Delicias avenue just in front of the Eurobuilding Hotel, this is an area surrounded by buildings, urbanisms and commercial establishments, so normally there is traffic, however, this particular day I had some luck in that sense.

Continuing the tour, I passed by places like the medical center of Maracay which is located on Las Delicias avenue intersection with José Casanova Godoy avenue, this is a clinic of some renown in the city. I also passed by the front of the shopping center Las Americas, this is a very iconic site as it was the first massive shopping center in the city.

I also passed in front of other important places in the city such as the Maracay acoustic shell and the Polideportivo Las Delicias. This area is also quite busy due to the presence of commercial establishments and different companies and institutions that operate in the surrounding area. My tour ended at the curious City Garden shopping center, or rather, the failed City Garden, that beautiful blue and white structure that you will see at the end of the video was not completed and is currently just an abandoned building.

So these 1.8 kilometers of route seemed to be much longer, this area has a lot of activity which causes several traffic lights and a lot of congestion. I hope you enjoyed the ride. A big hug!

What I have just mentioned is undoubtedly one of the beautiful qualities that the world of music has, it can change us from a cultural point of view and can make us grow positively in terms of tastes and musical trends. As it happened to me with this band (Sum 41), since I listened to them something sprouted in me that made my taste for this kind of music become stronger and more definitive.

This period of the band is perhaps the best, in those years they had many hits that catapulted them as one of the most mediatic bands of Punk Rock along as blink-182, Avril Lavinge, Good Charlotte, among others that had a very good hit.

Esto que acabo de mencionar es sin dudas una de las hermosas cualidades que tiene el mundo de la música, ésta puede cambiarnos desde el punto de vista cultural y puede hacernos crecer positivamente en cuanto a gustos y a tendencias musicales. Tal cual me ocurrió a mí con ésta banda (Sum 41), desde que los escuché algo brotó en mí que hizo que mis gustos por éste tipo de música se hicieran más fuertes y definitivos.
