i really enjoyed this musing session on the virtual purple couch...that being said, don't listen if you get triggered easily. i think this is helpful for the person who is dealing ascension in areas of forgiveness or unconditional love, but it can be a little triggering love. i talk about self love, understanding your soul make up and feeling guilt from comparing your spiritual growth to others. i also talk a little about the person who feels entitled to being forgiven just because they apologized.
