just talking thru some of the things that happen when you start to ascend. you start to pay attention to the family/friends and their toxicity/PH levels. do you encourage them to do the right thing? and you also need to be prepared to set healthy boundaries!!

i am being brutally honest and challenging the concept that you are to love + help EVERYONE...after this eviction moratorium ends, you will hear alot of "sob stories". it is critical that you pay attention to the red flags, keep your standards high and stick to your property's worth when setting monthly rent fee. i propose that we need to make sure to not pet/feed the dogs that will bite you. i do share at tip at the end that will give you valuable insight to how to screen a tenant. i also talk more about the mental framework you need to have going into landlordship...i know you'll be tempted to be "divine" in all areas of your life including being a landlord, but I'm cautioning you to proceed with...caution....

i wanted to share the aftermath of my ascension symptoms...there isnt much talk about what happens after you ascend to new levels...the new shadows in that space are intimidating because all you see is the darkness that needs to be addressed and it can be scary...real talk. and sometimes there's guilt that you are growing out of old relationships...what do you do with that....
