An update on WFM, my practice, and the direction of this channel

Given the state of the world, I figured we could all use a little bit more heart centering in our lives. This is the first of many meditation to come. If you want more information on the heart, soul, and why they matter check out my blog.

Staying present with the reality of the world we live in can be really hard some days. It is hard because the issues we face are larger than any one person, they were created by all of us and it will take all of us to fix them. What the we need to move forward is to see the humanity in each other. Put a higher value on life than you do on profits and the status quo.

I originally posted this to SoundCloud so the meditation has passed but it went well and I plan to host another one some time soon.

To start healing your relationship with yourself, start by talking to yourself. Be patient, if its been a while since you've been in touch with your divinity it may take a while to get into the flow of it. Don't give up, you are worth it.
