After 3 years of podcasting, complaining, and making excuses, Brizz n Proof sit down to reflect. After a few Christmas mules, they try and find something to be thankful for, complain about instagram “content creators”, and continue to move forward with their delusions of grandeur! Sal Woods joins us. He's an accomplished mixed martial artist, the cook champ and avid party machine!  He's got a main like a lion and mouth like a porn-star turned sailor! It was a great conversation!

Bizket, was a 20 year career firefighter and now heads up the local fire academy. We talk about how to get into the service, perks of the job, mental health, and swap stories.
