How to make dirt biking safer using basic techniques [Get my guide for FREE today] - https://motocrosshideout.com/free-lessons/
A common problem that beginner dirt bike riders have is standing because it's uncomfortable to use the clutch, throttle, or shifter, or it's just exhausting - especially if you're a taller rider.
But what they don't realize is that they're just standing using the improper body position while riding their dirt bike, making it harder to have control.
So, you're going to learn how to properly stand up in the correct position on a dirt bike so that you have more control while riding over obstacles on the trails while reducing the energy you use so that you can ride longer without getting exhausted.
Motocross Hideout is my personal brand to help new riders learn to properly and safely ride a dirt bike so that you don't crash and miss out on life because of an injury. My Virtual Dirt Biker School is an online riding course/camp that teaches anyone new to dirt bikes the basic techniques to stay in control and become a better rider faster. I've taught many first time riders over the years, both guys and girls, young and old.

I see almost every beginner dirt bike rider making the same mistake - not sitting in the proper position on a dirt bike seat.
Whether you're coming from a street bike (motorcycle) or a mountain bike, it's easy to be too relaxed and not move your body position around enough while riding, but how do you know where to sit while riding?
Today, you're going to learn what proper sitting position on a dirt bike will do for you when it comes to handling your bike in corners and slippery conditions and how to know where to sit on a dirt bike based on where you're riding.

All of the motocross coaches tell you to position your feet on the pegs so that you're on the balls of your feet, but this isn't always best, especially if you're a casual trail rider who gets fatigued quickly.
Dirt bike foot position is super important for a few reasons. Having poor positioning on the pegs opens you up to knee and ankle injuries, but you'll also have less feeling and control over your dirt bike.
In this video, you'll learn the common dirt bike body position mistakes with your feet on the pegs, why you're more likely to get exhausted quicker, and how to properly position your feet on your dirt bike pegs while riding.

Dirt bike throttle control is a common topic, but what does it actually mean? Did you know that having good throttle control will make you a faster rider while reducing the risk of crashing hard because you are getting more traction?
In this video, you're going to learn the top throttle control mistakes people make while riding a dirt bike, how to prevent them, and what it takes to have good throttle control while riding your dirt bike so that you stay safe and have more fun because you're controlling the bike, rather than the bike controlling you.

If you want to learn how to use a clutch on a dirt bike for the first time without stalling or pulling a whiskey throttle and crashing into a tree, then you need to know what it takes to have proper dirt bike clutch control.
Too many people try and figure out how to use the clutch on their own, and then they form bad habits that make them stall more often or wheelie and loop out.
In this podcast, you'll learn how to prevent stalling a dirt bike while using less energy so that you can ride longer without getting exhausted.
