In this episode of My ADHD Moment Live, Julie talks about the frustration of trying to deal with the owner's manual on her new car. She tries to figure out what button does what but isn't real successful.

Julie decides to take some advice from her niece. It turns out it was quite therapeutic.

There's some advice of her own that Julie wants to pass on as well. "Don't irritate the IRS or the FBI. It's not wise."

While looking for a part time job, Julie almost immediately realizes she's having trouble with the qualifications questions.

Julie talks about the pitfalls of caring for her terminally ill husband while waiting for the doctors to order hospice services. Julie takes a look at ten ADHD symptoms and what they look like when they've presented in her life.

She also talks about problems when taking the car in for repair that caused her to walk twice as far as necessary and almost never figured out how to get her stereo to stop playing. Julie didn't know quite what to do when every light in the house went on in a thunderstorm. The simple things are the hardest to handle.
