I went to Europe with my husband with out any of our children for TEN DAYS. This has all kinds of privilege written all over it I can fully see. My gratitude runs so deep for all of the opportunities this grated us both. It was an amazing experience and I learned a lot about my brain and the pressure we live under in a western neurotypical society.  Vacation is an important part of life and something to navigate with ADHD and anxiety for sure!
