So I'll admit I'm a gadget geek and love new things electronic so I was thrilled to try these things out. 

When I first started back into brewing I got the Plaato Airlock and loved it till I killed two of them which led my to get a tilt hydrometer.

Both are very cool and fairly easy to use so let's see what you think.

Hey Folks! So it was brew day this past Saturday and I had my friend from High School over to learn and make a NEIPA.

While we had a lot of fun there were some mis steps along the way. like I said I'm new and I make mistake, but I learn from them and I have taken a great deal from the brew.
