Also, yes, I'm clearly referring to fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses without actually using those words because who tf knows why. And I realize I'm speaking at the end as if y'all are listening to this same day, but the message still obviously stands. I also should have said "the beginning" of the economic shutdown, because we need to be in this for the long haul. And yes, that's absolutely my stomach growling at one point. It happens.
