* As Christians we wasn't allowed to explore all of life it was deemed as evil or wrong.

* We don't feel whole, self-fulfilled, or satisfied when we don't direct the love of God back to ourselves by way of self love, self care, and self appreciation

* Being in a relationship with the mindset what I can give so he will stay with me

* Wanted him to validate her and being afraid of being alone 

* pouring into a relationship half empty left me losing myself even more

* committed to doing the self work of knowing myself, loving myself, and eventually being myself

Power Notes for this Episode:

* Low self-esteem, performing, lack of confidence, in the cycle of losing and gaining weight

* treated for a stroke at the age of 38 because she was overworked, overstressed, exhausted, ect. 

* didn't want to die and have to leave without spending more time with her husband and children

* 10 years trying to manage the weight before realizing it was something deeper going on in her spirit

* As women we wear so many hats but we need to make sure we put on our mask 1st before trying to assist someone else

* Had to go through the 3 stages of Forgiveness:

     1. Forgive with her lips

     2. Forgive with her heart

     3. but needed More help to be healed

* Forgiveness doesn't automatically mean you have been healed of the trauma

* Studies show children who have been abused can fall into promiscuity, alcoholism, drug abuse, and suicide

* Showing up in a spirit of excellence while your mind is still cluttered is not the plans God has for you

* Be sound in your mind, body, and spirit

* How do I know God's voice, by spending time with Him and build a strong intimate relationship

* when you encounter w/ God it will change you!

* Whatever gets in between God can be a distraction

* God is a filler not a forcer. He will fill you up nut force Himself on us

*Started doing multiple things but is now working in her purpose

* degree in Chemistry, Masters in environmental Science, MBA 3 degrees over is certificates

* lack of clarity found herself doing many things

* coaching for women, real for investor to gain clarity and manifest the life they imagined

*  Moving in abundance and success in enjoyment

* Our life is meant to be lived to the fullness its not a dress rehearsal its the real thing

* Mindset comes from socialization

* loving family, faith, and valued education

* wasn't sure what my place was in my family

* change the narrative and be good examples because it doesn't have to be negative 

* be committed to the relationship and modeling positivity for her family

* the little things can break apart marriages 

* find mentors and wise

* be open and not feel so alone

* be committed to becoming the better version of yourself and you will notice others around you and your environment will begin to change/ respond because it start's with us

* understand and be clear about what you truly want

* nobody can tell you what you can become believe it and pursue it

* get into a community of people doing greater

* greatness is already pre-loaded

* confusing and lack clarity can be stopped with our children if we see their gifts and help them unlock it

* be committed to what God has given us to do on this Earth

*we all have creativity inside of us

* scents bring calmness, relaxation, and other positive vibes 

* alot of things you do because your passionate about

* always push yourself to your highest potential and work on them mistakes you've made to grow from then

* don't boast on herself allow works to speak for self 

* life put you in uncomfortable situations and pushing me towards

* its not for other people its for you to display

* you have to meet people where they are

* simple life made sense

* life comes break around in full circle hear the same word but hit different

* all about what you got out of it, really listen

* God is everywhere and is producing what I am doing in the church, home, business, and whatever I feel led to do 

* you open yourself up to God and He does the rest people coming together, networking, and being blessed

* life goes on and nothing is too hard for God

* don't complain just work hard to change it

* all money to cycle through our own community

* I'm supporting you, your brand, and who you are

* if God is in it He will provide, He will send the people we need

* social media is cool but its about the connection with your client

* don't get discourage if you don't have 1 million followers you can have 1 customer that keeps your business going

* God will hold you up but you have to take the walk

* God will send you someone to push you to keep going

* focus on your end goal where you want to be

* when you've on one accord mountains move and things come together 

* don't matter what other people do, you still send out your best self and positive vibes into the universe because it will come back to us or even make someone elses day go bad

* never get stuck in the down side of things it does affect other people

* sometimes prayer is the only answer
