It's no wonder America has gone crazy. When facts aren't the bases for truth anymore it's easy to see how things get upside down quickly.

It's about living my best life and how that happened in spite of myself. It's about sharing stories, concepts, ideas, adventures, information about DBT, things I've learned and my experiences over the past 6 decades. From touring on motorcycles, to being a frontman and running a 14 piece band for 18 years to being a creative, the fulfillment and struggles that come from that. It's about life, death and the journey in between.
