First, The plaintiff says the defendant is her brother and he has an ex-girlfriend who constantly causes chaos in his life. She says her brother borrowed her car and his ex saw him with another woman and vandalized the vehicle. She’s suing her brother for the repair costs. The defendant admits he was seeing two women at once, but he says his sister should be suing his ex-girlfriend, not him.

Then, The plaintiff says the defendant is her older sister, who started abusing alcohol and drugs as a teen. She’s suing her for stealing her identity and getting tickets in the plaintiff’s name. The defendant says she lost custody of her children because of an abusive ex, and she began using drugs and ended up in jail. She insists she’s clean now.
