History was made when My Father's Place re-emerged in 2018 to pick-up right where it left off - featuring great performers playing original music. To initiate the new venue, Johnny Rullo (who wrote and played the MFP theme song) played our very first show to a packed audience.  In this podcast, first broadcast on WCWP 88.1 FM Johnny and Richard Solomon share stories of growing up in Queens, musical influences, the inspirations for songs, and how Johnny played at the original My Father's Place on Bryant Avenue.
