The second half of 2017 and the first half of 2018 have been rough for me! I've been dealing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a host of hormonal imbalances that have left me utterly drained. It's been a long road to recovery (and I still have a ways to go) but I am thankfully doing a lot better! Listen in to here's what I learned this year (and what I'm still working on).
