The protagonist, Jay, learns why his life has been destroyed. He understands how deeply rooted this problem is. However, this is the day everything changes for him. (The title changed from Origin Story to The Process of Belief because it's one of my favorite Bad Religion albums. But also, I literally went through a process that my family created to make me believe I was schizophrenic. They all kept telling me how mentally unstable and sick I was and that I needed medication and eventually this would lead to my suicide. How else would one explain all the voices I started hearing so they ALL TOLD me I was schizophrenic. Fucked up isn't it?

The pieces of the puzzle fall into place and the reality of the image take shape. The level of deception and deciet stretch further than he ever could have imagined.

The protagonist learns his lady friend is trying to kill him. She confides in an old aquaintance J knew many years ago and they plot out his death.

A young man learns that everything in his life is a lie. His wife is a cheat, his family secretly despises him for his relative success. His friends soon become his enemies. A twisted tale of tawdry and terrible charactera in this nightmare come true for the protagonist.
