For this edition of Brewstilled, I’m joined by Enrique and Zambo from Coatza Brewing, a new brewery who will open in Oldtown Elk Grove California. Coatza Brewing will be serving a wide variety of craft beer styles while also providing a nice ambience for their patrons. I speak with Enrique and Zambo about the process of opening a brewery, beer styles, Aztec beer and more.  Coatza Brewing will also be pouring at this years Natomas Oktoberfest and they’ll reveal what they’ll be bringing.
