Today writer and speaker Steve Norman joins the team for more conversation about Jonah.  First, there will be times when like Jonah, God will ask us to go places that we don’t want to go.  Why?  To change us!  Then, Jonah found it so hard to forgive the wicked Nineties, they didn’t deserve God’s mercy.  It’s a conversation about forgiving those who’ve wounded us. 

Then we see that God sent Jonah to Nineveh to strip him of the idols in his heart.  And God sends us into hard places to strip us of the idols that are ripping us off.  Next, Jonah was more concerned about his comfort that he was for a city of 120,000 who needed God’s mercy—we can be freed from the tyranny of selfishness to become a river of grace to the world.  And finally Shawna, Perry, and Steve each share their most compelling take away from this amazing story.
