Kelly discusses her thoughts on MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying), end of life planning and how her mind is so much stronger than her body. The most important things to Kelly are that all of her "ducks are in a row" for her family and focusing on how she will continue to make new memories and take every last breath out of life.
For the month of December I will be interviewing 3 amazing, local business' owner. Up first we have my friend, Erica Whitman. She is the owner of Adica wellness clinic. Erica has been a practicing therapist for over 15 years. Born and raised as a country girl in Browns Flat NB. Erica moved to Fredericton straight out of high school to complete her education at the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage. She graduated with honors from the college, and went on to take additional courses in sports massage, pregnancy massage and infant massage, scar tissue and burn victims, PTSD, Traditional Thai Massage, and Labour Support Provider.
In addition to being the Clinic General Manager Erica is a full time Therapist, and provides private lessons for Yoga. Having completed her 200hr Yoga Instructor course at the Yandara Institute in Mexico, Erica teaches classes and private sessions at the Clinic.

Life threw us SOUR lemons (terminal illness'), and together are making lemonade.
