Comedy writer, producer and author Josh Gondelman joins us on the pod this week to talk about his life online, and how it shaped his career and adult life.

We talk about Josh’s early experiences lurking on hip hop forums, and how it informed his tastes in music and culture. Josh also reminisces being on Twitter in the early 2010s, where freedom to experiment led to career opportunities, and stints in writers rooms. We also talk about why it’s so difficult to have a nice time on the internet, and why the worst thing you can do online is post a benign opinion.
